Heather did an outstanding job grooming my Bichon! She was professional, kind, and clearly experienced. My pup is already well-behaved, but she still took the time to make him feel comfortable and pampered. His cut was absolutely perfect—fluffy, even, and exactly what I had envisioned. He came back looking adorable and smelling fresh. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I’ll definitely be returning.
